RETURNS

Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee if the item is found to not be in the same condition as it was when it was initially sent to you. If the tags are detached or items are found to be worn already, there will be a restocking fee. Items that are found to be washed will not receive a refund.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

For international orders, Priority Mail shipping takes up to 6-10 business days to arrive from the time your order is shipped out of our facility. Express mail will take about 3-5 business days from the time your order is shipped out of our facility.

International orders are subject to Duties, Customs, and Value added taxes. These charges MUST be paid when placing your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost that may have incurred with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to. A$TSON Collection online shop is not responsible for additional fees requested by the Mail Carrier or Customs.

 

EXCHANGES?

 

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from A$TSON Collection. If, for any reason, you are not, we are more then willing to do an exchange or issue you a store credit.

If you have purchased an item from arithmeticssports.com, you may exchange it for a different color, size or style. You have 7 days from when your order was received to return the item(s) to make an exchange (i.e. If your order was delivered on the 1st, you have until the 8th to contact us about a return).

 

What is your Exchange policy?

 

PLEASE NOTE: NO EXCHANGES will be eligible on clearance items. We recommend you contact us prior to ordering to inquire about a particular item being eligible for exchange or store credit.

A$TSON Collection online store reserve the right to refuse exchanges requested from orders made on special sales and from items purchased under the Sales Category on our online site. 

How do I track my order?

 

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addtion, a shippping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order anytime by visiting the shipping company's website and entering your tracking number and hit track order. 

 

Item availability?

 

The item availabilty is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping cart. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shiping confirmation. 

 

Do you have sizing information?

 

We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service by e-mail.
